For those of you who procrastinated ... I have been online ALL morning looking for a room in Morris IL for the weekend of Oct 12th and 13th. Well a few months ago when I called I was able to get the LAST room at the Holliday INN in Morris IL for Sat the 13th. NO vacancy for friday the 12th. So we kept looking and hoping for a cancellation .... no cancellations thus far and called all towns close to morris to see if we could find something. SUCESS. This morning we called the Manor Motel in Channahon IL approx 15 miles out of Morris. We were able to get a room and as far as I understand they are NOT booked full yet. I looked it up on line and it doesnt look like a roach motel, ( good deal ) and the rates are real reasonable. ( beats sleepin in the car ... that was our other option untill saturday night. No they are staying at the Holiday Inn in Morris. We will be there saturday night also, but needed a room for friday night so we had to look elsewhere cause everyone says NO Vacancy , cause I didnt call a year in advance And where ever breeder ends up I am sure the police will find him Crazy part is he will crack jokes and talk his way out of what ever trouble he might be in If it were me in trouble .... they would put the cuffs on and cart me off to the jail house. Thats why I NEVER get into trouble. ( my husband says I should loosen up
