What to do with extra tin lying around-progress pics

    Heres the latest,my bucket of scrap.....30-31 truck cowel,rusty coupe doors,1 rear door,another part of a cowel,and a lower rear section of a tudor.Narrowed 6",channeled and a big rake,built on an old T bucket frame,runnin a tube axle,55 chevy rear,coils,a 10:1 283 w/a duntov 30/30 solid cam and a powerglide.Just need a front pair of supremes and someone to paint it a heavy metalflake and its goin to Paso. [​IMG]

    It would probably run a lot faster with the body more level. The rear of the body is gonna scoop a lot of air.

    ....if it's just a fairgrounds cruiser, I guess it will work.

    If I had that motor, I'd have to find out what she'd do.

    Yeah I thought of that,Im gonna put metal across the back behind the seats or make a tonneau? cover.

    I'm not sure it would make a bit of difference.
    It is not like that back panel will be hit by a nice laminair airflow, after passing over a grilleshell, exposed engine and windshield. [​IMG]

    Thanks guys,Im runnin a chopped deuce grill w/round bars instead of the grill insert(it was already modified back in ?)Im gonna use a mustang radiator,and the rims are goin on something else.

    i usually hate cars that look bent in the middle, but that rear 3/4 shot makes it look so cartoon-y cool, i can't not like it.
