    not sure what they're called, came with my replacement panels i bought off ebay. been trying to contact the seller but no reply. says 5/16x18. i need a few more, where can i get'm? thanks.

    I found this at work today...
    Fastenal Part# 11102842
    5/16-18
    "Retainer Weld Nut - Plain Steel Finish"
    Designed to float to align off center screws. A company named PAULIN makes them & Fastenal sells them.
    It looks exactly like the one you posted.
    I'm sure McMaster Carr offers them as well.

    Captive nuts or Weld Nuts at McMaster-Carr. They have everything and super fast shipping.
