Lately I've been getting into LSR history and of all the cars, I'm pulled back to the Summers Brothers "Goldenrod." Maybe its all the press its gotten because of the restoration, or maybe because its just bad ***, I dunno. So I searched YouTube and found these three gems. Enjoy.
Kick ***. I picked up this jacket a while ago. I think it may have been from a hamber? Chain s***ched. Picture ****s. It says "crew chief" on the front.
I always wondered what that thing sounded like. It gave me chills. I still have the old HRM from when this occurred.
That's great stuff. I can only imagine what 400 MPH must feel like. I loved reading about Craig Breedlove when i was a kid.

Thanks for info. Recently read an update on the restoration in HOT ROD Magazine. Wow, what a team and car. Very lucky for all of us that this car, even if it does not run, is still around. Thanks to all involved.
