Anyone know a real lawyer? one that handles auto accidents? Last thursday some drunk chick decided that i shouldnt have a new silverado, and slammed into the back of it @ 90 or 100 mph @ 5 am no less, NOT A SINGLE CAR ON THE ROAD but mine and she just rams me and sends me spinning, lost my R/R wheel crushed the bed of the truck , bent the frame... junked it out... got 7 stiches in my head and the usual lumps and bruises outta it.. nw i need a lawyer to go after her.. anyone have any experience with one? you should of had a lawyer that day, get a personal injury lawyer, if they just dabble in it make sur they are 100 percent personal injury practice don't use your friends lawyer or your uncle's or a friend of a friend because he is a good guy it should not cost you a thing, if they get anything they get a percentage, if they don't it should not cost anything,, so dont listen to some bull personal injury,, did you get whiplash? or other muscle strain, dont screw around with thinking you are all right, had the same thing happen to me in 1980 drunk hit my buddies scout i got a real accident personal injury lawyer, he used his uncle did real estates **** and not much of any injury ****,, he got nothing but misery ,i got whole again, that is all you can hope for

Last time I looked in the Corpus phone book there was over 50 full page ads for attorneys. You probably have more in Austin and shouldn't have any problem finding one. Hey stinky, good to see your still haunting Austin, they deserve you.
ya I know how that goes unfortunately i dont know of any in Austin but you should ask around... I am sure that the singer for Flametrick Subs would know being that he is a tattoo artist down there... I forgot his damned name too... well **** on me.. I hope that you get that dumb *****! I had a similiar situation like that happen to me but unfortunately it w as hit and run.... I was driving home one night after leaving the ***ty bar and was baout 20 minutes from my house when I saw one of those piece of **** Tuner / Ricer Honda pieces of ****... the ****er was swirving in and out of lanes and I slowed down to put some distance in between him and my 1986 Jeep Commanche pick up .... well next thing I know the ****er slams on his breaks and ends up clipping the front end of my truck ... next thing I know I hear a thud and I see stars.... come to find out the guy slammed me into a median wall head on in the middle of my front end at 60 mph... I ended up doing several 360s and theh facing oncoming traffic on I 35 E north outside of dallas,tx.... I come to and felt something dripping down my face so I wiped it and my whole hand was covered in blood... come to terms with it I later realized that I had kissed my steering wheel putting my tooth 1 mm away from going completely through my bottom lip and split my eyelid (in between my lid and eye) completely open and had to have 10 s***ches as a result... since it was a hit and run I couldnt do anything and of course the denton county pd have still yet to find this ***hole 6 months later... the part that ****ed was I was still making payments on that truck and she was a good truck as well...
Sorry - can't offer advice on PI attorneys, but these stories of 'minor' accidents always remind me of the fella who collapsed behind a concrete barrier on a Houston freeway and spent 36 hrs there, paralyzed, after a 'minor' accident.
