Need help...3 speed tranny guys...

    The MR Gasket one will work., you may not like it though. It depends on what you are putting it in.

    I must be for an overdrive tranny, standard 3 speed will not work. I think it due to the solenoid or governor.
     
  3. It's going in a '33 pickup...why do you say I might not like it? Just curious as to your reasoning...thanks for your time.

    Personally, I like the column shift from the shoebox, in my A coupe. It was a relatively easy install and leaves more room in a small cab. FUN TOO!!

I have one of those transmissions in the garage, but the OD is cable-engaged, I would think a regular universal floor shift would work on it - but I'd get out the shop manual and review how the overdrive works to see if you can just put a dash switch on the solenoid, or would have to do something else.
