Bud Ekins RIP

Bud Ekins,the legendary stuntman and double for Steve McQueen p***ed away on 10/6/07. He did the famous jump in The Great Escape and the stunt driving in Bullit.
Godspeed Bud.

 

Man I always loved that jump in the Great Escape.

An old friend of one of my departed buddies...Bud and Gary D. were some of the old timers that kept me interested........both gone now.
