Great time at Babes. Best fried chicken. Ever. I don't care who your grandma was or how good she cooked.

Special thanks to "George from Hawaii." I'm sure you wont remember a whole lot of tonight but thanks for dinner!!

 

I know me and Big Ken tried to do as Denise said and run them out of business but just could not. Good time, good food and HAMBers what else couldya or wouldya ask for.

I had a great time here as well. It was nice meeting the ones I did. Great food and good laughs. Thanks to the crazy Hawaiian, George, for covering the bill. I owe ya one.

 

That was a cool dinner. On top of it being killer food, a guy most of us had never met picked up te bill! George, if you end up seeing this, THANK YOU! You really didn't have to do that, but it sure looked like you were having a good time.

 

The chicken was great. I had a great time. Thanks to George for the meal.

 

Awesome bunch of rods and people! Enjoyed the whole weekend, thanks to all that were there! Ps. Ask George about when he stole my center caps off the 48 coupe I had back in the early 90's! Now I owe George & Glenda a dinner in Okla. if Hot Rod won't buy it. hehehe. Oh yea, I am just hotrod's dad. Thanks to all, very nice weekend. We owe everyone some laughs and hospitality here.

 

Just another PS. moment*!@ I met George in '93 in OKC SW Nats.. I made him wait until Sunday to buy the centers off my wheels until after awards on Sunday and we took a picture of him taking them off and was teasing him about stealing them. Great guy and long time rodder friend. Thanks to all the hambr's and I should have made it back to the bandstand and bought a Pushrods shirt and cd. Dammit I want one of each, does anyone know if I can pay shipping and get one sent to me or if they might be coming north and I could meet up with them??? Let me know and thanks again.

Thats a road that I've been wanting to drive for YEARS now. My biker buds keep telling me about it. It's high on the list for the '08 cruzn season. Can't wait!
