Haven't seen any road trip pics posted in a long time. Let's see 'em.

Roadside, in motion, burnouts, with famous landmarks, with pin-ups, something you found on a road trip...****, you get the picture...

...My last find was my RPU...no pics in motion, but sometime sooner than later.

...and a couple pics from a roadtrip a buddy of mine took a week or so ago.

Here's my '55 Commander where it had been parked for 4 years before I bought it. Still looks the same except now it runs and the garage it's in is jammed full of car ****.......... The PO wasn't a car guy, don't know what possessed him to buy but I'm glad he did because he shelled out big bucks fixing stuff and then sold it cheap, I'm usually the one on that end of the deal! It was in a machine shed somewhere in Iowa for about 25 years before he got it. Found out it has a 289 out of a '56 Sky Hawk instead of the original 224 V-8.

I don't have very many rolling shots of my own car, but heres one of it next to the lookout tower at antietam battle field.

 

Heres just a few I found on my memory card.
1, 2, and 3 are my 55 barn find, shortly after I got it home from Roger Burmans where it had sat since the late 60's

4 and 5 are Solo lobo's 57 on the way to the Lonestar Round-up and sitting in front of S.A.S.S. "06"

6 is Malcolm and crew in his Galaxie on the way back from the Round-up "06"

and the last is one of my favorites from the HAMB Drags "06"

This last one is of my Cruiser being hauled off to fellow Hamber Rooman's shop from the Drag Strip In Indy, Rooman fixed my steering box... drove it home at 1:30 AM

Here are some shots I took last June when I went to Salmon, Idaho then over to Tony's Trash Run in Sand Hallow, ID.
Most shot were along the Salmon River and the Sawtooth Mt. range in Idaho, a real nice cruise.
