I live about 1.5 hours south of dallas. In the process of getting a 33 chevy pickup I found out the owner has a lot of old trucks that are going to be crushed if they dont get a home soon. Im going to get a few pictures tonight to put up. I am going to go see what else is there over the next few days and wanted to find some others in need of provects to help me save these cars from the crusher. I dont want this to look like a classified. THIS IS NOT A CLASSIFIED. I am just looking to find some locals I could send the pix to that may be intrested in getting a new project soon. (like 2-3 weeks) Ide just hate to see all these get destroyed.

    *Edit*
As far as ive seen so far most have been pre 50 chevys but I will post all I find

As soon as I get out there (next 2 days) Ill get picks up. I think I actually picked the worst condition for myself. A 33 chevy pickup, or atleast about 1/2 of 1.

So, is he selling these, or just giving them away? That would be awesome if he were giving them away. We are always looking for more crap that we're never gonna finish.

Mike, Sounds like those wrecks they pulled out from the old cotton gin in Rice a few years ago. I looked at that stuff, looked like cool yard art.

Alot of it may be just yard art but even so theres alot of good parts out there. The ones on the side of 45 are ruff. These are the ones from the gin back there but there are probally 10-15 more back there in alot better shape. If your around there go through town to the rail road tracks take a right and watch for a truck grll stickin out the bushes you should find themfrom there.

Last ones were of a cool tracked vehical out there it just had some really cool controles and levers on it. The wagon I belive is a 58 plymouth deluxe suburban and other then missing most the glass was pretty complete and really good body.
