Bay Area Guys! Alameda Naval Base Shop/Storage Space?

Does ANYONE know who to talk to about renting shop space out on the now defunct Naval Base in Alameda??? I've heard there's lots of warehouse-type buildings that they're renting, but I have NO IDEA who to talk to about it! Google came up with NOTHING... I really need something bad, I'm tired of trying to get complicated things done on my busy-*** street or driving across town to use somebody's welder!

there is a place at Alameda called The Balladium....its a sports club( my daughter plays club volleyball there at times) don't know the number....but if you can ge tin touch with them they might be able to point you in the right direction.....
