Not finished, just mocked up a bit. My buddy at Lowboy Motorsports in Mesa is doing all the major fabrication. I just do the simple ****... before and after pics.

Right now it looks good...just not very drivable, yet, I would hate to move the truck back up. Might re-arch the springs and add a leaf. Perhaps a simple sleeve bag set up.

Or might go full blown loose the springs, and 4 link front and back it.

    Gotta some thinnin to do...

Looks cool, I have always liked those trucks. If it was mine I would bag it to make it ride good.

I cant tell you how many times I have heard "you either love em or hate em!"

Never thought I would own one but fell for this pig...and it doesnt seem to be slowing down much.

That is sweet. I'm intending to dive into my '64 soon, and hopefully it will come out half as good as yours.

I think the dropped axle has really help us out in this. We narrowed it an inch on each side as well.

  10. So, how is your steering radius?
    Same?
Plenty of room in the tire clearance department?

at this level, the steering is fine. turning is fine. yet if I het a bump at this level...Im rubbin tire on the small inner fender...the narrowing really helped.

At this point I am planning to 4 link, and bagg it.
