First off , thanks to the Chrome Czars for putting on a great show. Can't till next year and its only been one day. Found this cowl at the swap meet and had to have it. Can any identify what make , model or year this might be ? It will go in the shed with the other two projects that I'll probably never get to...... Thanks for looking and thanks to all who reply.

While MoPars were the world champs of weird body lines, I helped my buddy go bring home a 29 Pontiac rolling ch***is with cowl, hood and radiator shell. The line is identical to the ones on Pontiac cowl. Note it also has a line on the lower cowl sides like 28-29 ford model A's.
Can't see the side, but if the raised line goes down the side then swings forward at the bottom with about a 10" radius in the swing, I would say it is probably a Lasalle cowl. If it seems to be really big for a 30s cowl that kinda confirms it.
It looks a lot like this cowl I have...I was told it was a Chrysler, but I have not done any research to find out...I just liked the lines
