It sold last week and was delivered to the new owner on Saturday. The first guy who came and looked at it bought it. I think it is in a good home since he is the owner of a rod chop that had some very sharp cars in it. He's going to finish its ressurection. Considering what that car was like just a few years ago, it kinda cool that a couple of caring owners can bring a car back from the dead like that one. Now my garage is empty, until my crapmaro gets back from the body shop and gets sold. I feel a little out of sorts at not having something to tinker with right now.
Too bad man, when you want to get nostalgic and teary eyed come over to my place and sit on the 49s bench seat LOL
I don't think the new owner would like me to say how much he paid. I am looking for a 56' plymouth 2 dr. They are harder to find than I thought. I found a 55 but it needs glass and every place I have looked to price the windshield and rear glass don't have any listing for 55-56 plymouths. They have up to 54, then a gap, and they start again at 57'. Although I wouldn't mind a tri-5 chevy and there is lot more of them available.
