Thanks, and it's been built and stored in a one car garage. Done with basic tools, meaning no air compresser, a lincoln 135 (110volt) welder, and a lot of guidence from my Dad.

It's lookin really nice. Seems like dad know's what he's doing:)

Dads are rad! Can't wait to show my son a thing or two.

thanks for sharing the pics and goes to show, that room is not an option when your very p***ionate in building something yourself, great job. the video sounded nice as well, you gotta love the sound of uncorked headers on a small block or any other motor mind you.

    peace.

Thanks for all the kind words. Now I'm even more hellfired to work on it. It's a blast building the car with my dad. Hearing all the stories from the good ol days, and at the ripe 'ol age of 33 I'm still learning things from him. And still driving him nuts.

  19. this stuff must run in the genes: heres mine (the coupe), and my son with a friend of mine who GAVE him this old cab to build his first hot rod. Cant wait to help him...he's busy helpin' me on mine at the moment when he can..

Aftermarket. I know my limits, I could have fixed up the original but I wouldn't have set foot in the car when it was done.

The coupe looks good, and the truck looks like it's going to be a fun build. That'll be cool when both rods are done when you and your son go out for that first cruise together.

I think if the car was sitting most of the time and not driving, Bias is fine. maybe even just around town stuff. There was a reason BIAS died. radials handles so much better. Canya get a radial that has a tread pattern like an old bias?
