Well the hole city is on fire and i have to get out. I did not have time to get my car out. And i dont have any INS on it as it is not on the road yet. Man i hope my house will be ok. Keep us all out here in your prayes Dave
I was just listening to the top of the hour news and wondering how many cars will be lost in that mess. Not to mention how many people will lose everything. Good luck to you as long as you and your's are safe everything else can be replaced.
Best of luck with everything, Dave. You're taking care of the most important thing first, you and your family. You will be in my thoughts. Take care
One of my buddies at work that lived in Ramona had to leave his hot rod parked in a field that he had just mowed down... beautiful, traditional '33 Ford with a nailhead. He is not sure if his house is safe. He got out with his pets and wife. This is not a unique story. Heartbreaking. Best of luck to everyone in So Cal. This seem worse than the Ceder fires. I hope that you are all safe. - Joe
damn, I was just watching the news and it's worse than I thought. Everybody is right, as long as you and your family are safe, that's all that really matters. If the car isn't there when you go back, you can replace it. God bless and be safe
hope it all works out, but don't worry about the car. hope you all stay safe and your house and photos and stuff like that that can't be replaced make it through ok too. good luck and thoughts are with you.
Been watchin' this mess (and breathing the smoke) and I'm definitely thinking about all those effected by this! Good luck to you man!
This sucks. I've been here 45 years, you'd think a guy would get used to it but every year it seems to get a little worse. The sky is orange, the ash in the air is thick and we have gale force winds.
we have trees down all around work here and even inside work here my eyes are burning and its hard to breath. Thought the roof was coming off the house last night.
Good luck you guys. If they tell you to get out then you have to go. They don't have the manpower to come fetch you later. Stuff can be replaced. Grab the essentials and go.
That's gotta be a terrible feeling knowing all you can do is wait it out. Best of luck....Prayer Sent!
I live in the middle of the woods and my closest neighbor lives 3/4 of a mile away. I never thought of this before but I guess if there was a forest fire coming my way and I had to evacuate, anything of value in my garage that cannot be driven out could probably be pushed into my in ground swimming pool.
God Bless... What part of San Diego is getting burned. If the Chargers are moving out of Jack Murph...or whatever it is now...is it in Fashion Valley area or Carlsbad, La Jolla, and the north? Update if you can! Again...God Bless and I hope everything works out good for you!
