Have been thinking of lowering my car but not sure if it will look good or not. I rarely post and this is my first picture post, But I think this is the right place to ask and get some good feedback.
    Thanks!

Mmmmm...That's better! I'd leave it the way it is. Perfect stance!

Yeah, if it were mine I'd wanna chop it too !! But, as far as the stance is concerned...........leave it alone ! :) Please, PLEASE don't bag it and make it lay rocker. Call me old fashioned or "traditional" (see what I did there ;) )but I like to see a little air between the car and the ground. Ultimately though, it's your car and you can do with it whatever you please. If you feel it would look better a little lower, then lower it.

Definitely wont bag a Hot Rod!

Chop is still up for debate. It just seems like the thing to do!

SOMEONE GET THIS SAWZALL AWAY FROM ME!!!!!

I Dont get to see many unchopped A Coupes out there these days and something tells me its hard to keep an unchopped coupe.
I agree on doing what one pleases but since I cant sleep and you guys are up. I thought hey let me throw it out for debate.

You're probably right. So, if you wanna keep it, you should chop it.......:p

looks good! use the little code that starts with "img" when you are posting pictures from photobucket.

If it were me, I would drop the rear a hair and a mild chop...3 inches or so. Nice little coupe as is though!

Well, I'm all for leaving it the way it sits. You can always chop it later but you can never "unchop" it.
However, here's my "chop" if it were chopped. (Note: I admittedly SUCK at photochop.)
    Make with the clicky thing.

On the edit. I realize, if one was so inclined, that they technically could unchop it.

IF you decided to chop the top,a 2-3" chop would be perfect. It keeps you out of the range of poor visibility ,lack of interior height, uncomfortable seating and "Bottom of the 5-car pile in the junkyard" look while still being modified enough to show it.

  25. Looks fine. Also, in a sea of chopped ones, unchopped is a little refreshing to me

First off, The pic would tell us more if the car was in the sun so we could see it better.

From what i can see, It needs a mild chop.. more than 2 but less than 5.. Ya get what im saying ?

The stance would stand out much more & the over all look would be enhanced with a mild chop.

BUT !! I would be more concerned with the Terrible Flat fire wall, If there is any part of that car that stands out... Its the firewall.

I would replace it with a stock or reversed stock fire wall before i touched the Chop Top..... Nothing worse than a bad firewall.

No chop for me - the stance is pretty good like it is. Rear tires to wheel well looks great.

I would work on that hood line. The car looks bent down at the cowl. Even if you never run a hood, the grille and cowl need to line up like a hood could be dropped on it. Grille should be leaning forward at the same angle as the firewall. The whole car should be raked forward. Throw a strip of masking tape down the centerline of the cowl and grille, walk away 50' and make sure the tape runs down hill.

    Awesome ride though.

This guy would also like an opinion on his stance, he has been told it may be too wide.

I like the stance but I wouldn't do a heavy chop on a car that sits up high, 3" max.
