Does anyone know of a place I can get some of my truck parts soda blasted in central Texas. Maybe somewhere near Austin, or Houston? I live about as close to one as the other.

Also, about how much $$$ should I be looking at to do my 48 chevy truck cab, 2 doors, and hood?

  2. Don't know of any near you, but in DFW area I was quoted about 800.00 for a cab, hood, doors.

A guy here in Kerrville used to do it. He is still here so might be a possibility.

I'll vouch for Steve. He does a great job for a fair price. He'll travel to where you are and blasts with all types of media, depending on what the job requires. He has a great understanding of the art of blasting and how to do it without damaging or scarring steel.
I think his place is in New Braunfels, but he travels to our shop with some regularity.

Gotcha, I'll give him a call. Sounds like the way to go, if he will travel over here to do the job!!

Hey Greaser if you find someone close at a good price, let me know. I was wanting to get my Shoebox done. I have it at my father-in-laws in Milano.
