1952 Customline Rolled off the Truck Today!

Well, on Sunday, I rolled on down to orange county and bought a 1952 Customline... my second. Im really excited its got a crate 302 and c4 in it, plus alot of new plumbing. All the gl*** is excellent, as is the window mechanisms. Gonna need some interior and wiring... plus the front fenders, but I cant wait to get started after having to get rid of my last one. Had to wait til today before the tow dropped it off due to some truck malfunctions and its too dark for pics, but ill post some soon as I can and hope to post more along the way. Just gonna keep it clean and low... I just wanna drive

Babycreep's car is nothing to brag about. I was over at his place today, and kept having to change the subject while were talking just to get him to stop crying about the rusty hulk in his driveway.

Just kidding!! It's an EXCELLENT start, and I can't wait to give you a hand with it...

 

Here are a few pics... I was also pleased to discover,along with a ton of other parts, a set of hood hinges in the trunk that are in excellent shape ...anyone who's had a history with these hinges should understand...

I have had several 53 & 54 Fords,Have a 54'Customline now, at least once a month lube,lube,lube those hinges!! Just got a smokin'deal on some last week,some people think they are gold and are getting over a $100+ each.You got lucky!

These are some of the best looking cars of the fifties, Fords and Mercs.
