Does anyone know a good, reasonably priced chrome shop in the bay area. I have a 53 desoto grill and several parts from my 63 f100 that are in need of re-chroming. Any help or referrals would be greatly appreciated!

You cannot go wrong taking your stuff to them. I use them and refer everyone to them and have yet to come away disappointed. They did my friends vette and it looks dynamite!

Yeah, but Sherms will break the bank!!!! They do awsome work but are expensive as all hell. Try Keystone in Stockton. Gave me great pricing and the work was awsome. Plus, if you know a shop, they will come pick up the parts. Also, San Joaquin chrome in Lodi is a good shop as well.

How is Keystone with things being done when they say it will be done?

I'll second the recomendation for Stanislaus Plating in Lodi. Good prices, good work and on time. If you got bottomless pockets and want show quality go with Sherms'.
