So I am looking at transmissions on my build. I hear good things about both the Ford C6 and GM THM 400. Is one better than the other (I have a choice of a 429 or 355 I can work with to match up!) ?
Both C6 and T400 draw a lot of power. That being said, they both will take a lot of power. The 429 can be a torque monster, and will be able to make well over 500 hp easy.
You do not need a 400 on the 355. I run a 350 Tras. with 350 in. and 671 blower on it. Can you Tx. boys tell me about the state emission laws. I used to live in Tx. and looking to move back but.
