H.A.M.B. crew, thanks for the opportunity to join this band of car addicts. Worthless since I got my first HR mag at 13, 44 years back. Welding Inspector by trade but fabricator / machinist / racer by passion. Too many projects to complete in this lifetime but I will press on. Hope I can contribute in some way to the rest of the bunch. Raced everthing but airplaines, spent seven years with Ed Hill racing the dragboats around the country. I learned to make what I could not buy when racing with Ford power. Plenty of weird dreamed up stuff during that period. I know that billet ain't where it's at, but those steel plate carb adaptors take a long time to machine. My current time effort is changing power in my 57 from 283 (with canister oil filter no less) to an old 3 9/16" 350, nothing special, just easier to change the filter. Thanks for the opportunity and hope I can be worthy of it. K
