I ordered a set of forged pistons for my 392 at PAW .
They refused my order becouse I am in the netherlands and have a dutch visa card, but I have a shipping adress in the US.
They wanted a bank transfer and had a extra charge for that.

Is there a other good suplier for this pistons at a decent price
    Thanks
    Remco

You could try the hot heads site. I know they sell pistons; don't know if they handle Ross or not. www.hothemiheads.com

Speaking of ross pistons, I have a set for my little 270. They have a slight dome to them (maybe a 1/4"). The 270 heads are smaller than the cylinder (probably all hemi's are for all I know).

Anyway, they designed the dome with too small an angle. It's probably 45 degree's or so. The dome needs to lay back more at the edge. If you deck the heads and block, guess what? Bang.

You have to take them to the lathe, if they don't clear. So always use model clay and check piston and valve clearance on these custom pistons. The guy on the sales computer has probably never seen a hemi...

Why not western union the cash? That solves the credit card problem. Or just mail a money order. Overseas shipping is more h***le pure and simple. How much extra are they charging you?
