thanks guys! we are having the memorial at our restaurant on sunday...i still cant believe he lived as long as he did! it was a year ago on the 31st of Oct. that i took him to the hospital....strong heart! thanks again! Todd

Man, I just saw this for the first time. I'm sorry to hear you've lost a friend and partner. Neither one is easy to come by. The pain of loss is just validation for how good you had it. Sometimes it's tough to remember how lucky you are to really know that kind of hurt. I pray for good healing for you and all friends and family and I'll tip a beer for a guy worth missing. Godspeed

man I,m sorry to hear this. sounds like you guys had some good times, and made some good memories. remember those times, smile and chuckle. there your memories man, you guys made those.
todd, i'm sorry you'll never get to see phil again here on earth; BUT i'm glad he won't have to suffer physically any more. i'll continue to keep you and phil's friends/family in my prayers. too bad i never got the chance to know phil. it sounds like that's my loss.
