I think its from japan...

 

i think thats the same one Buggs is standing in front of a couple of GARAGE magazine issues back....

Yup that's Marco Patino's ride, he's from The Los Angeles area.. there's a nice shot of it ****in down whittier in the Lowrider Magazine Reader's Rides issue.. Marco took the picture himself.. he does okay as a photographer..

Is that the same car? The car posted at the top has a different paintjob than the Buggs Riv.....

 

I think sinister is right it looks like the paint isnt the same??

They are famous in Japan.

Haha, it looks like my car but it's not; though I do LOVE their version of the Riviera. I wish I had that one so I can alternate them, drive them on different days.

Marco your car ROCKS. Great shot, I lived in San Fernando Valley as a teenager (30 plus years ago). Everybody I knew had lifted cars. Ain't nothing better than dragging frame.
