I was down at Walker's Landspeed and Custom Works yesterday to check on my 34 sedan. While I was there we rolled it out of the shop to get some pictures.
Sits nice!! The headers look out of place to me right now ...not sure where you're going with the car so it could end up just fine. Clark
Hey.. no offense meant! I was simply wondering if you were happy with it. I think it looks great. But it's YOUR opinion that counts... right?
The car looks good, sits right. I agree with Clark that the headers don't look right, but we'll need to see more pictures when its all finished. Nice sedan!
Ill bet they got your fenders hidden in the back of that Merc! Better go beat them up before they get off too far with them and you never get them back!!!! Cool looking car.
Tell us more about the car. Looks like a really nice body. What look are you going for? Chop? I really like the 33/34's. Don't tell the 32 guys but the 33/34's have better lines. Clark
Thanks Clark. I want the car to have an early drag look although every detail on it won't necessarily be period correct. Eventually I would like to get a set of early halibrand wheels and some slicks to run. Dave
Thanks for the compliments guys! I couldn't be any more pleased with the job Porkchop and his side kick Benny at Walker's have done on the car. Clark the car won't get chopped, not enough room with it channelled as hard as it is for a 6'3" 250 lb guy to fit comfortably.
Always loved tudors. Mine is much tamer than yours...yours is lookin *****in... Get 'er done for summer....
what are those headers made for, kinda look like fenderwell headers for somethin. I like the car, lookin real nice. Good luck with it.
Thanks. You've got a very nice looking tudor. If I could afford to have two I'd have a full fendered one also.
Thanks Tap. You'll have to come up to the Spin Out next year with Porkchop and Benny but no fighting!
Thanks Chris, I've been following your post on your sedan. Running a Model A front cross member. The crossmember was placed as high up in the frame as possible and the frame's been notched to clear the front spring. Also running a "4 dropped Magnum axle. In the rear I'm running a 9" with the stock spring and a Pete and Jake's ladder bar set up. Porkchop has built a few '33-'34's and knows how to get them to sit right. The '33 coupe pictured is his personel car. Dave
