I got a question I hope someone can help me with. I use the old post's all the time, lots of info. cant find this one. the distance center to center on the holes in the spindel for the backing plates on a 48 Ford. I have 52 F1 spindels and brakes and want to use Speedway's U shaped steering arm. for the price I can't make one, if the distance is close enought I can spread it. THANK ALL:) you guys for the info on this site it's helped me a LOT in building my rod Doug

Somethins wrong here. I've bolted the F-1/F100 spindlesa on to the square early Fords spindles lots of times and never had a bolt pattern problem. I used these with a bolt on steering arm and never heard of a different bolt pattern. The blue wrench should make it work.
