Comming home for Thanksgiving! Houston Texas!

Yup, we decided at the last minute to come to Houston and see family that we haven't seen in a while. I plan on hitting the Autorama one day and them going fishing in Galveston the other. I'll be staying at the Marriot downtown, down the street from the Continental Club, so we might have to hit that Saturday night. Anyways, maybe I'll run into a Hamber or two.........

 

I'll be at the Autorama. If you see a guy with a bunch of paintings of old cars for sale that will be me.

I wish, no Burb. This was last minute and a family deal, so I won't have time to be at a show all weekend. I'll be there on Fri or Sat. I'll be the guy in the black Los Boulevardos t-Shirt with the PBR hat.

 

Come on by our little 6 car section and say Hi. Look for a blown Nova, an orange 54 Chevy, a blue '53 Chevy G***er, my black '52 Caddy, a chopped '49 wagon, and a black ,51 Merc.

 

I will definatly do it! Now I just to remeber all of them cars....I hope some of ya'll have Hamb stickers or something!

 

I will be at the Calssic Chevy Club booth with H.A.M.B.er Unclee. There is also good fishing off the Texas City ****, 3 blocks from where I live. And my cousin is always looking for someone to go out in his fishing boat. Look me up.

 

There's a mess of us Kontinentals that will be down there w/ cars at the show. Reggie, Norm, Jimmie V, Chuck B, and me are all showing something. I'm taking the Orren Roadster (Waco Kid ) down there. There's gonna be a section for the more traditional stuff this year. These big time show operators are finally wising up and realizing that's what folks really want to see and are making room for some of us.

 

I don't think the show operators are wising up--they just see a need to get their numbers up. They may be a little late but better late than never. I wish they would have listen to me about six years ago. The place should be packed with HAMBers--See Ya'll there!

I seen your car bro! My Dad loved it. I wish I could have more of ya'll. I met LowCab and some others, but I went on Friday and I think most of you were elswhere at that time. I'll load my pics as soon and my home pc decides to act right. It's messed up.....???
