...Of the new Traditional Rod and Kulture (Issue #12). Just got my delivery yesterday, so dealers should be getting thiers as well. Don's car was shot at the Jalopy Showdown drags in September doing a pretty good launch, front tires getting some air. Lots of other stuff inside too..like a ton of feature cars and a special Christmas centerfold..show coverage ETC. Issue 12 marks the third year for TRK and, if we can get get out another one, it will have lasted more than the original title with the same staff members. Zombie talks of going bi-monthly, so I need to get working on more material. Happy Holidays! Spike
This is a rough mock-up that Zombie sent me. The text was changed to "Jalopy Showdown Drags" later. Should be out on newstands in a couple of weeks. Spike
That is a sweet pic. I've been dying for another TRK issue, definitely one of the best mags out today. I hope they can keep the quality as high when they go bi-monthly, face it guys you set the bar really high quarterly.
VERY cool shot Spike. The drags were great and are only gonna get bigger and better. That Willys does it for me. cant wait to get my copy.
Nope. No jack stands were involved or harmed in the making of this image. The guy was skying the front tires all day long with AMC power to boot. Man that car got some miles on it that day. He made quite a few passes. Spike
Wow, that is too cool. I would like to thank Scary Larry and the gang at the Bever for such a good time. I will definetly be back! That is one of the best events I have ever been to. For a first time event, you know it will only get better. Spike, that is an awsome picture of my car, you guys rule. Thanks to Rod & Kulture for thinking enough of my car to put it on the cover. I am honored. I have a subscription on my Xmas wish list
There are some more pics of Don's car in here. The one with the kid lookin' out of the tinted window is great. http://convexwebdesign.com/photo/jalopydrags/ For more of Hazy's pic stuff do a HAMB search on bigdipper. Have fun,Smokey

Congrats Don, excellent shot and killer car. thanks again for the assistance at MoKan. Can't wait to hit MoKan next year. Rod-Safe
The one with the kid lookin' out of the tinted window is great. He is sitting on his dads lap, we convinced him into taking a little ride This was after all the racing was done. Hopefully he will remember it for a long time! Congrats Don! Are you still thinking of putting the Grant Rebel funnycar motor in it? No, I plan to make the Grant funny car some day. Thanks.
