im gettin those dropped uprights tmrw finally so it will be a fun weekend

 

I would leave it as is.

 

I'll look around for pictures of my old car. 47 Pontiac coupe, 4" chop. Was in the centerfold of Street Rodder Oct. 1988, coverage of the Nats. Monochrome blue.

 

I think 3" would look pretty good.
