I'm thinking of having a frame build for me by a shop in Denver. The shop is called Riley Automotive. Any Hambers from that part of the U.S. have any opinons about the quality of work etc. So far all my dealings with them on the internet seem to be ok. It's kind of scary to have some shop build something as important as your frame and not know anything about them.I've only been ripped off a couple times by hot rodders and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a long time! Thanks WD40
I think if you do a search they are on the hamb and are alliance vendors? Dave ps: yes do a search.. vaphead is his nick here
Eric, (Riley Automotive) is building a 32 frame for a Model A for me as we speak. In this genaric, you get it one way and that's my way world we seem to live in, dealing with Eric was a breath of fresh air..He discussed with me alll the things I wanted, made suggestions and even called me to ask if I was interested in a change that would really make my frame "Killer".He has my vote as great to deal with. Tom...
so far I have been happy with the service that Eric (aka Vaphead) has provided me with. A good HAMB alliance discount and free shipping...can't beat that! Not to mention he is a good guy. Numerous times he has talked with me at length about questions I might have...very helpful.
Thanks for the replys about Riley Auto. just what I wanted to hear. (except the bit about womens clothes...http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif) WD40
