they look just like Weld Pro Star wheels. 3 peice design with what appears to be magnesium sandwitched between the aluminum wheel held in place with 5 counter-sunk br*** hex head screws. i looked all over for simular type wheels but found none like these. they are 15 X 4" with a GM 5 X 4.75" bolt pattern. no info stamped on them and missing center cap. with the Hoosier tires each wheel weighs a hair under 20 pounds. anyone know who made these? Thanks for any help!!!
yeah i looked at summit, and cragers and other knock offs, but if that is really magnesium like i suspect i thing they are worth lil more the the $150 weld junk. these are super light weight along with hot rods i also drag race. i think they are amung the better looking drag wheels considering i have them on my 71 road runner
those are cragar drag stars, probably from the 80's. even came with a sticker with bob gidden's signature. same thing as the weld prostar, with the exception of the allen screws around the center. that way it doesn't rattle when you balance them. nothin special.
awsome thank you. any idea what the center is made of? i guess its aluminum but its got a real dark corroded look. but whatever. i now know what i have!
