Nice looking wagon and yup, we do jump through the hoops to get cars landed in Oz, having said that now that Vets Affairs are coming to the party I WILL be looking for 30 coupe parts, a Hemi or Nailhead and ***orted parts from the US. Will still be cheaper to buy in the states and have it landed here than to find it all in Oz.
Of course I will accept charity in way of parts!! ...................

 

I think you are right. I have another car for sale and that where all the serious calls are coming from.

 

I sure hope the trim is still in there!!! as I bought weather stripping for it so he can put a new windshield in it when it gets over there.

Cash is cool Chad. There is a reason folks in South Dakota arent losing thier houses etc..........they are too cheap to go into mega debt in the first place! Unfortunately folks around here cant bring themselves to paying what a car is worth. When I had my 54 for sale (all new mechanicals, fresh ******/engine) I had it at 6800, a fair price. Locals were lo-balling me at 2 or 3K. **** em, sell the stuff to the Aussies! Money talks ******** walks..........

I will be out there as soon as I can. I have one guy out with throat cancer and another out with knee surgery. So I have been real busy at work. I need a vacation......

Right now is a good time for Aussie's,Swede's etc. to buy American Iron,our dollar is so deflated that our cars are real good deals! Sold my Cadillac to a guy in Germany recently easiest car I ever sold, no lo- ballin and yes cash talks ******** walks.

 

Exactly! Money is money. And maybe I can go see my cars and meet some new friends over there.... someday.
