Hatch if I find that pic does that mean your gonna come back next year?I'm gonna post some more pic's tonight maybe one of them will do the trick for you.You have a pretty high standard for judging a show. The fact is if you find a car like that at every show then it aint that special. You might enjoy the show better if you come to visit friends and have a good time ,then if that special car aint there you might just still have a good time. It's been my experiance that most show's are the same. Some good car's you really like some good car's that might just not be your style, and of course there are always TURDS at every show, and every now & then you find that car that blow's you awayI dont know what style car you like but I'm just now finishing a two year project(I'll post a couple pic's later)and when I saw Lowandloud's new car it makes me want to start building another one.Hatch I'll make you a deal.you come back next year, take advantage of the HAMB parking ,look me up and let me show you around if you dont have a good time I will publicly apoligize for every bad thing I've said about you.One more thing did you notice from your thread that nobody else thought the show sucked. Its hard to see a show like the Turkey Run in one day, especially if you spend any time in the swap area. It is so spread out. After a full weekend, I will miss cars that others found. I know when I walk the shows, I will skip aisles if it looks like nothing is obviously done there (just to many to see)

Now that's a deal I can dig.......I'm actually not that fussy about what cranks me up. It's a broad spectrum. It can be lowbuck or high dollar, doesn't matter. Some cars just scream hotrod. Stance, profile, tire size, total attitude....two door, four door, station wagon or truck it doesn't matter, but it's gotta rock. It's the car that everybody says...Have you seen that (insert selection here).....you GOTTTA get a look at it!!!! Does that give you a better idea of where my head is at?

Time to post some more pic's.First wanted to say see everyone again or for the first time. Ken and Vickie it was great and the jello shot's were the best. The caddy look's great ,the interior is awsome.I got choptop a staffpass so he could get in and promote the upcoming florida billetproof. It was nice meeting you Alan looking forward to march. Also met Scary Larry ,Chevygirlrocks,Clark's dad,Dodgerodder and his dad & brother ,lowandloud,Abone, RiffRaff ,andTylerdurben for the first time. And of course talked to Nad's,Ramblur,Salty and several others .Im getting old cant remember everyones name.I thought it was a good show and everyone I talked to did also.I promise next year to be on top of thing's a little better .I didnt have time to get my tent and get it up and dropped the ball a little on parking and didnt make sure we were next to the greasepit crew.I'll do better next year. GREGG OOOOOOOPS I fucked up and put this on quick reply guess I need another drink.I'll start pic post on next post

I worked a gate Friday morning and then went back and walked around all day Saturday. I would say it was as good as ever. Something for everyone. Just depends what gets you excited.

some race cars. The yellow track roadster is my father in laws. The #20 pontiac is a clone of the car driven to a win in the 61 daytona500.It is owned and was built by Marvin Panch the driver of the original car.he was there with it he won 21'000$ for that race big money at the time .Wouldnt pay the tire bill nowGREGG

  24. Where the hell was everybody!? Just kidding.;)
I drove 6 hours down after work on Saturday just to go on Sunday and hang out with my Pops and my buddy Kenny. And you know what...I'd do it again next weekend! If you can't have a good time at The Turkey Run, you are trying real hard not too.
Greg, you guys put on a great show again, my Dad and his buddys will keep driving down from VT and NH just like they have for the last 18.
Ken&Vicky,Frank,Chastin, and everyone else, I'm sorry I could'nt make it down Saturday to meet up with everyone.
AHotRod...that was us you passed on A1A Sunday afternoon.

Looks like there was some great cars there and no matter how many or few, a day spent at any car show is better then staying home or working.

So, looks like folks were parking in that Plaza parking lot without any hassles.

It looks like the swap meet and the vintage race cars are worth the trip.

Definitely a show I would like to make one year.

If I had seen this red chev conv't, I could be the new owner.....I don't suppose anybody knows who owns it or where it might be from?? It looks like a perfect candidate for a mild custom. Gregg.....the pics just keep getting better....I'm bummed....should made it a three day vacation.

Got there late Sunday on a whim.

I'll be damned if this doesn't look like a lunchbox I had in 1st grade:
