Lake Style Headers on Full Fender Tudor

    I have been looking ..havent found it /..yet!
    Is there anyone on here with a Tudor running Lake Style Headers on a full fender A with the drop outs going into the splash shields?

    Im looking to run just the top of the hood..no sides.

    any opinons welcome!

    if year is important 1928

    I've seen it done before. And flt-blk's channeled A truck was what came to mind. Not the best picture, but it's all I could find quickly.

    If anyone has a picture of fuelpumps old '37 coupe it will show the set I built for him. They didn't turn out too bad and a lot of people were interested at the time about copying them. They sure sounded super when the caps were taken off when we used to cruise the events.

    I remember seeing lots of them over the years. Some guys even split the hood sides. I think it died out for a while and then it seems to becoming more popular again. Many made chrome escutcheons around the hole in the fender or splash apron.

    Check the old paso pictures...I saw a tudor thier that did exactly what you want to do. I actually saw the car with the cut outs running throught the fenders on the Hamb. A little work and you will have your idea right before your eyes. Good luck.

    I really like the look of the full-fendered A's with lakes, just don't hit your door on the cap!
