Straight axles

Does any know were I can get a custom tube axle made to fit 54 Chevy spindles, I am aware of Speedway and MAS, but was looking for something more custom and stonger.

Check Borgeson, I believe they just bought one of the better axle companies. What about a 47-53 Chevy truck axle?

 

What's the Chevy kingpin diameter?

Seems like you could bore the axle proper - an old one may need it - and install a bushing then ream it to the Chevy kingpin diameter.

Assuming the Chevy kingpin length is long enough for the Ford axle.

 

Give VoodooKustomz@aol.com a shot.He can make it any length you need and slip another tube inside for more strength.
