  4. That is gona be sweet when its done. Nice work

  5. 40 lashes and a week in the stocks in the HAMB town square to the first guy who suggests flat black.

Candy Apple red with snow white interior. Vogue whitewalls with the gold stripe on Caddy wires. Nosed, decked, door handles shaved and stop there, if it isn't too late.

You are the caretaker of one of histories true naural mild customs. Please treat it right.

  6. Finally somebody else that knows how to mount sleeve bags and knows their benefit towards a nice ride! I always get beat on for using 9000s.
    What front clip is that?
Work looks great so far. Keep us up-to-date with pics. I want to see the tubs and floor work.

i ALWAYS suggest sleeve bags to my customers when they buy a kit. lots of would be "experts" like to spread the rumor that they are not as strong as the double convaluted type which is B.S. sleeves are plenty strong enough and do indeed offer a far superior ride. i've installed and used them on many trucks that pull heavy trailers as well as in the rear of many heavy 50s and 60s era cars.

cool Buick BTW. how does the rear suspension travel with the upper bars at such an extreme angle?? does it bind up at all?? seems like it would but i've never tried it.

hey (Kustombuilder) I got my kit from you worked out good

I got about 7in of travel more then the bags go up no binding goes up and down smooth articulates smooth seems fine to my had some others look at it before final welds they all said it should be fine

  10. Wow, now that's my kinda ride. I really dig it man, you're doing a great job. I too applaud you for using sleeve style bags, a great choice. I was curious about how the rear works with the upper bars at such an angle, how does the pinion angle react? Is there much change through the range of motion? I totally agree with Chili Phil, he nailed the look I'd for, especially the vogues with the wires.

There's nothing wrong with chopping the top 2-1/2"
like I did on my silver frost 57-is there?

  12. God I love tri-year Buicks! They have to be one of the best looking cars ever made. I throw in my vote for a nice understated white. Simple and clean baby!

been thinking about painting it flat white with turquoise wheels for now till I can afford to redo the interior the stock head liner is in pretty good shape and its a nice turquoise color so thats why I think Im going with white and turquoise later down the road I can change the colors to something I like a littel better and I can afford

I don't see any Ford parts on it? So what's making it a Buford?
