I just have to give a hand to Luke for putting out one fine magazine. For those of you in HAMB Land that havent checked it out you dont know what your missing. I have been hooked since I got my first issue, had to order everyone I didnt have for a complete set. No goof ball "R-Rods", cars that actually have some paint in them, some great east coast period cars, etc. For a true custom nut this little book has it all. Show Luke some love and subscribe to one of the only true Kustom mags out there. I had to post up for what I feel is a great product.
I did subscribe from the beginning. Renewed my subscription earlier this year and have not received a single issue. E mailed him 2x about it with my payment info through Paypal and no reply back. Allthough he puts a great magazine together his customer services is lacking.
I love the mag...cool cars, no fat chicks with tats, and no ads. Wish there was a little more tech. info about the cars. Luke is also very nice to deal with...used my paypal with the wrong address...he sent 3 mags, 2 times before I figured it out...he was very cool and sent them to the correct...no extra charge for my mess up. Quickly responded to every email.
I must say I have had nothing but great service. He even sent me a shirt on the honor system and a bunch of cool postcards and stickers in the package, hell even the package was sent FedEx. Like I said nothing but great things to say. I cant wait for spring to get the next issue.

That makes a lot more sense now. There's only one thing that beats the quality of Kustoms Illustrated and that's the guy who puts them all together. Luke is a stand up guy who takes pride in his excellant customer appreciation and service. Thats not a plug for Luke, just a fact! ...and his magaizine is Ok also I guess! haha
Yea as soon as I seen this earlier I sent Luke an email(he may have seen it here before he got it) I knew there had to a good explanation.
Just want to add my plug for the magazine and Luke. Both are first rate and we all should support his magazine to the fullest.
I agree!!!! Luke is a great guy, and you are to Ron Jason, glad you got it figured out, I was a little perplexed after I read your post, Luke goes out of his way for customer service. and I see now you know that too
I agree great mag. I used to be able to get it at the tower records here in nearby Memphis but they closed about a year ago. where can I subscribe?
I was confused as to why he was not getting back to me. I have been subscribing since #1 and allways have had great service. I guess that is what bothered me the most.
Its the only mag I CAN read because Lukie loo uses small words and lots of pictures that even I can understand. He's the swellest. Spike
