This is the bike me and my dad made in tenth grade. I designed it in autocad and it took 3 weeks to build it. It has 26" 144 spoke wheels, aluminum grips, and we made everything except the pedals, crank, and the wheels. There are spikes everywhere on this thing and even thought it is 8'4" long and about 3/16" off the ground i can still ride it. I just need a four lane road to turn around. ;)

  18. the red and black one i built for a mate of mine in a day,

the black and blue one is mine, since the photoshoot pics the light bracket broke off and the weld on the rear fender snapped (taped up haha)

going down dips in roads etc the fender scrapes, sometimes it sparks:D just the way i like it!

My Huffy extended 12” w/ cut down Schwinn springer. Got the rear extensions and the speedo from her exercise bike :) Moved the seat back and eliminated the center post, rolled the rear fender back, added the billet for the speedo, torpedo light and a beer holder. Still need to lengthen the chain guard and cap the extensions. Can’t decide on a color any more than I can for the car...

I used to have a Monark motorized bike. It was similar to a Whizzer except it had a twin cylinder, horizontally opposed engine made by Jack & Heinz. It also had an automotive-style plate type dry clutch that was far superior to the Whizzer's idler pulley. Front springer fork (two vertical springs) with a drum brake. Way cool! I would like to see more of these and learn a little more about them. Does anybody have any info about the company's products? I wasn't smart enough to hang on to it. When the engine quit I replaced it with an engine from a rototiller. When the frame cracked below the engine mount I sold it to a friend for $2 D'oh!
