Any HAMBers going tomorrow, Looks like it might rain ,any one live near eastern creek give a weather prediction?
Wether looks a bit ordanary should be ok though (fingers crossed) I will be there running the Coupe along with a perlethera of HA/GR,s QQ
im just parking the ponitac out the back, Anyone going south from newcastle? Im handicapped with 4:11s so 55mph is cruising speed(long trip)
The weather is always iffy looking out near the creek for some reason, but it rarely rains. I must've done a hundred track days out there in my motorbike racing days and though it was going to rain and only ever got rained right out twice. Wish I was there ! oh and Ether - more than three shakes is a ****.
Strategy- 100% right, threatened but no rain, I got burned to a crisp . What a great day, cool car's ,good racing but had to leave at 1 30 as my 3 year old had enough and proved once again that tantrums are the best conflict resolution tool. I will post some pics tomorrow
Doc, from the photo that I saw in a recent issue of Dragster Australia (it takes a little while to make it to Brownsburg) I believe that it is the old Tom Stirling car. Roo
Yeah I'd love to see some pics, I miss the creek. I never moved in rodding circles in Australia, always just bike racing, but I know I will be if I ever move home !
G'day Clint, Didn't get to talk to you on Sunday. Your Pontiac is looking good. Hey Jahoota, That's a cool pic of our 60 convert that you took, it was its first day out, just got it regoed last week, and I forgot the camera. thanks Chevy.....
Ha! Lucky it rained Saturday and I had to park it outside, otherwise the wouldn't have been much shine! Was a good day and congrats to all the HA/GR racers who stood up.
