Mooneys Party/bars/bands/beers

I need to entertain a young lady after the MOONEYES show Dec 8, Does anyone know of any clubs/bars with any (mello-non punk rock ) bands in the north OC or east LA area? A dirty old bar with some 40's-50's type bands would be KOOL? Not that I'm against the ol punk rock seen, hell thats my deal. (straight outa Long Beach) But she wouldn't dig it much.

Hell if you want a rad layed back bar to hang out with a girl i recomend The Continental Room in Downtown Fullerton!! nice and mellow and is cool and layed back inside. and if you want to take her out on a wednesday night make sure you take her their. its Elvis night!!! just be careful, lots of cops in the area and i mean LOTS of them.

If your into 40's & 50's type music and Blues, I recommend Callahans in Azusa. My boys " The Pork Chop Tom Blues Band"
will play there at 9:00 pm on Sat. Dec. 8th. Not far from the mooneyes show, 200 S. Irwindale Ave. Azusa. Later
