This is my 65 F100. I instaled droped I beams and a slightly shorter tire.
I have big plans for this truck. This is just the beginning.

Nice looking front drop . Where did you get the dropped I beams and how much drop and did you notice any clearance problems ?

No clearance isues. They where 3" drop beams. I got them from AIM at www.truckn.com .

I did have some issues with them though. The part that the trailing arm bolts too was 1/4" too long on both beams. I had to grind them down for the trailing arms to fit them.
And they didn't send the right king pin kit for my truck.

The quality of the product is great though. It's built tough.

Nice looking truck. Liked it better before the rims and the nose-down stance, but that's just my taste.

Nice going on the frt, especially since that company is known for not the best products. The rear needs dropped now,and is very easy. Will be watching to see what else you have in store.

They're the company that advertises in all the mini-truckers mags, for half the price of everyone else, right??

Stand it on it's nose !!! Short, dumped Ford pickups always look good ! Good set of 8.20s on black reversed Chryslers in the back, 6.40s on reversed stockers up front with some baldies & 4 2 1/2" scavengers to the rear axle ... and you gotta have a floor shift ...

I didn't know about the quality issues. Someone told me about them so I ordered the their I beams. I'm pretty happy with them over all but I admit it was anoying having to modify them.

I put those wheels on it because I had them sitting around and they where shiney. They look better than what was on it. I'd really like to find some supremes to put on it but I can't find anyone who sells them in the ford truck pattern.

I have a bag set up in the garage complete with triangulated 4 link and c notch. As soon as I can get a full weekend to work on it I'll be baggin it.

I got something cool planned for paint. I'll keep posting my progress...

One of my favorite styles also. It's going to be great when the rear end gets down.

Cool truck, good luck with it.Ever think about putting the rear bumper on the ground. You never see any old Ford tail draggers. Some five spokes on the front and steelies with cheaters on the back.Have fun.

thats better...but make sure you adjust the wheelbase when you put in the four-link....measure the NEW wheel centre line from the centre of the wheel openings, NOT the current axle position......I'm guessing about 1 3/4 inches BACK judging by that pic!
