Thanks to Cruzin magazine for hosting the Shannons Nostalgia Drags once again at Western Sydney International Dragway.

The event marked 12 months since the first HA/GR p***es in Australia. The first field saw 6 cars making history and taking drag racing 50 years back to when a guy with a few tools and pile of parts could tear up the track. This year the Nostalgia Drags was host to a field of 10 Hambsters. With at least another 5 finished or almost ready we are seeing the start of a revolution in traditional homegrown racers.

The event also had cl***es for Hot Rod, Aussie Muscle, American Muscle, Gas, Vintage Gas, Slingshot & FEDs, and Junior Fuel.

Rod Hadfield shows Sydney his Humber powered HAMBster.

Paul Moneley's Chevy Nova looks like it's doing 7s even when it's standing still. By the way, it does do 7s!
