Does anyone have any knowledge on rebuilding aQA1 coil-over shock ? The front dirver's side shock on my "Pro-Street" 1967 Nova is leaking. I called QA1 and they referred me to a shop certified by them to do the rebuild. The shop wants $65, seems like alot of money to me. I want to do it myself. Any info out there???????????

Did they reffer you to D and D Race Tech? They are good people. $65 isnt really that bad for the work being done. I also know after you get all your tools, parts, and the oil to do it, it is worth just sending it up to Denny to get it done. If you have any other quistions feel free to send me a Message. I worked on QA1's for about 6 years.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the info. The shop that QA1 referred me to was local for me and certified. After reading your post I will reconsider and send it out. Thanks.
