I had a friend come and stripe my box today and wanted to show a little of his work and say thank's. He visit's here from time to time, and i know he has some good friend's on here as well so i thought it would be nice to show his work. Paul Straus, or 'Von Straus' as we call him is responsible for these cool line's. He's done car stuff for me as well, like pretty much all the work on my old 33 Ford truck..along with a TON of work on other friend's hot rods.. Top cl*** guy with a real talent.. He's located out of Buffalo NY so if anyone out that way, or around here for that matter want's something done up..look him up you won't be dissapointed. Anyway, Thanks Paul..as usual, job well done. Tony
You must either sell Mac or are a compe***or ...It is ( i actually had to check 'casue i didn't look at the part # when i bought it), just got it last month. I traded in my old Snap on box for it..Needed something a little bigger than my old one but was limited to room..This one's pretty deep, and he gave me a heel of a deal on it. I never thought i'd say it, but i like this one a lot more than the Snap on..
remember the time he broke his wrist on his striping hand and he taught himself how to stripe with the other.....what a character here he is striping my T, top notch guy
When I met up with Phil at the drags this past summer,I was admiring this gentlemans fine handy work. Top notch! Tony, get this Paul fella to post on the Friday art show....He is great....... Nice rack Tony,,,,and Paul!
Thanks fella's.. I'll p*** on the good words to him. Hopefully he'll check here and see them for himself. I was very surprised at the amount of people who noticed it today..Guy's who come in and hang out daily..A couple had no idea it was all free hand, when they found out they were really impressed. Pretty cool The drawer area is impressive with all the work he put into it. It'll keep you busy for a while just admiring everything.... But the side...that is truly a work of art! I couldn't stop looking at it today...can't wait to get my truck back together and have him "sign" that too. Tony
