I hope (and know!) root beer floats will never be outlawed in Big Olds. Remember what I said about plastic seat covers!:D;)

I think we could write the book on how to have fun in Blanding between re-opening an A&W, picking up bear hunters at the gas station and our little 'how much do you trust me?' game.
Good times that will never die. I miss you guys:(

Your right sweetie, of course your right. No matter what the interior, it should never, it will never, effect the GREAT times in Big Olds still to come......I'm still gonna secretly check everyone's back pockets for sharp objects though;):D

    I miss you too.

These posts are so good cause they remind me why I work so hard building em, so I can drive em. Oh yeah, and makes me want to drive to Austin to do my interior.

Damn, that turned out fantastic, Denise! Big Olds has sure changed alot from the last time I saw it back in 2002. I hope to see it (and you) again one of these days. Excellent photo essay as well, it's like I was there for the ride!

Would that be a rib bone??:p

Seriously, I had a schedule to kinda stick to if I was going to get where I needed to get in a timely fashion, BUT I do kinda feel bad now that I've looked at a map and realize Hope, AR is right on 30 and I drove right by. I had no clue I was that close. I really would have PM'd you ahead of time and made plans to stop, even if it was for a quick visit. I'll make it up to you, I promise;)

You betcha....He'd approve. It's really understated, and as everyone stated above it really captures the Deco elements of the car and era.

Everyone else pretty much already summed up what I would have otherwise said, but I had to chime in of course...

We'll eat ice cream in the backseat, front seat, sitting in the trunk, anywhere we choose.....but I do expect all the drips to land on the front of YOUR shirt....and no where else. Trust me, I have already eaten, drank and farted on the seat....only one more thing to accomplish before I call him truely broken in.:D

"Trust me, I have already eaten, drank and farted on the seat...."
Well of course you farted you ate BBQ the whole damned trip.

And proof positive that women do indeed fart. What a country. And you learned it right here on the HAMB.

"only one more thing to accomplish before I call him truely broken in.:D"

    God what a woman.

Oh and you forgot about us riding around naked, other than that you about got it covered. ;)

Nice pick and choices for the threads. And Fat Lucky's work is better than ****. Absolute cl*** work and design.

A beautiful interior Denise, Congrats! Everytime I look at your photos, I notice something new. I love how the front seat lines mimic the grille lines. It's perfect!
