  2. Welcome. There's plenty of bobber and chopper guys around here. Just make sure to put motorcycle in the topic of your post so people don't get all hot and bothered.

    i love cars!
started working for a shop at 12
got burned out by 23 working a job and side jobs whenever i could fit them in.

i have just started to get interested in building/ rebuilding bikes again.

as far as four wheels go. don't care what it is if like like it.
rebuilt everything from a 63 dodge pickup to a 67 sunbeam tiger.

anybody know where i can get a hard tail for a 73 bonny 750? Weld or blot on?

  10. Go look over at Chopper Underground. I think they have one in the British classifieds (a bolt-on H. tail)

    hey, nice collection!

i am new to brit bikes 1 1/2 years or so.
i have the 66 lightning chop, working on a 70 chop. have a 62? golden lightning? it's a pre-unit 650 in boxes. someone gave it to me. i looked it up by the serial number last year, don't remember all the info on it.
i also have a 67 roller i want to put together. either original or a bober.

my friend got me into the brit stuff.
he has a stock 70 lightning that he's had for 20+ years and a 66 lightning chop with flame throwers.

BTW we were out your way last fall for a swap-meet
