What a cool truck! Thanks for the video. What part of Germany are you in? We drove trucks a little newer and even some a little older during my time with the U.S. Army back in the 60's. The picture below is of Transportation Motor Pool in Kaiserslautern, Germany, some other cool old trucks.

Hello Guys, Manny thanks fore the respons on my video. I did not now that it went so fast whit people looking at it. I hade plant to do A tread this weekand letting you al now I put the video on. But the video did it al by it self. Greet. On the film you can see me, Koos Diedel, I am the driver of the COE. My girlfriend Harmke plays the thumb ride girl. The camera man and film editor is my brother in law Frans Kluiter.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o> Driver, in the drive along car, is my sister Gea Diedel.<o></o> My sister in law, Henny, took some Photos of; the making of the film.<o></o> The music is from ZZ Top. It whas greet fun making the film. We did it on A sunny sunday. I hade made A script of how the film should look. My brother in law haze some stuf on the computer to make it into A film. And the outcom I finde is greet. Much more then I aspected. We made it into a DVD with some extra bonus material on it. If you are interested in de DVD, you can contact me. That is a righteous cruiser! I love those old COEs and would love to build one of my own - someday. I wonder if a small sleeper from an old 18 wheeler could be cut down and fit to create back seats and more room.... That is a great looking and must be a fun driving truck.
That's the first time I have seen that COE - I think the thing that I like is the subtle way the rail bed sides are graduated and give the impression of scalloped wings ... nice touch. I watched that whole video jealously drooling over the truck and crossing my fingers hoping to see Koos light the tires. Very cool.
