Getting rid of fng and what's a STICKY?

How do I get rid of the FNG (F*****G New Guy) on my profile?
And, what the heck is a STICKY?

A "sticky" is what is given to a post that pins it to the top permantantly. Only a mod can do this and usually it's reserved for HAMB auctions and VERY important HAMB info
