your hot rod is lookin' slick, man. those guys at Walkers know their stuff. I've been wanting to stop in there to check out some of their work. I was up there at the last show but didn't get to check out any cars inside. too much going on outside.
your sedan is coming along VERY nicely... i especially like the guage layout.. you must be real pleased btw - would you happen to have any pic's of porkchop's 5w interior?
that stance is perfect. exactly how i would want mine sitting if it were mine. it almost gives it a stretched look.
Thanks Plan9. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the interior of Porkchop's coupe. Checked his website and didn't find anything on there either. www.sinisterhotrods.com
damn, dont know how i missed this post! looks killer, stance is about where i want mine. cant wait to see it in person!
Mine's the same. It sat at a shop for a month getting some dents pounded. I just got it back a week ago, but with the holidays here, havn't had much messin around time! Looks good though, keep us informed!!! Chris
LOL, no but i've been thinking a lot about it. still tryiing to figure out and be 100% sure witch road i'm going to take with it. i'll keep you boys filled in when the time is right!
Very nice stance and a great rake. You nailed it. The rear tires fit very well with the body bead. Man.... Love that Police Special S/W gauge....I would kill for one of those... great car.
Thanks Jeff! I couldn't be happier with the job Porkchop did nailing the stance. I've always wanted a Police Special. Found this one at local antique shop. It was mounted in a wooden plaque and priced real cheap! The speedo was actually the piece that started the car. Once I bought it I had to find something to run it in. Your truck is coming along nicely, a lot of cool details!
A few pic's of some of the latest progress. Body was taken back off the frame to paint the underneath and the bare metal on the bottom part of the body.
Here's some pic's of some parts and brackets the guys at Walker's made up that turned out really cool.
your tudor body is in good shape... i really like the blue, are you going to keep it that color? outstanding in every way! thanks for the updates.
The body is going to stay as it is for now. Some day it will get a nice paint job but Ill probably be having to much fun to tear it apart any time soon. Thanks for the compliments.
The guys did a great job matching the color when they painted the bottom. The good thing about weathered paint is you don't get to excited when it gets scratched or chipped, it just adds to the look.
Some more progress. The guys finished the gas tank. There's a picture of the tank before they started so you can see what they changed. It came out really cool. Also a shot of the copper fuel line they just finished.
